Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS REGISTRATION & PAYMENT All participants must be registered in advance. Walk-ins are not guaranteed. Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your child’s spot. All purchases are final CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Parent Cancellation : Plan to Miss the Class ? Clear communication is appreciated - Notify us at least 24 hours or more before the start of the class. Purchases may be transferred within the same semester for class credit & redeemed space permitting. A “NO SHOW” will not be refunded or credited towards another class. Birthday party deposits are not refundable and transferable. Program Cancellation : If the class offering is canceled by us, credit will be returned. ATTENDANCE POLICY HEALTH & SAFETY Children must be well enough to attend. Please keep your child home if they have symptoms of illness Staff will take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, but participation involve materials, tools and supplies that may be messy or mildly hazardous ( e.g., paint, glue, kids’ scissors ) Parents agree that their child participates at their own risk and release the program from liability for minor accidents typical of children’s activities Instructor nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury or damages to person or property, resulting from the class DROPOFF & PICKUP Parents/guardians must drop off/pick up on time. Late pickup fee automatic charge : first 15 minutes $25, every 15 minutes after is increment of $25. Parent / caregiver must be present at all times either in waiting room or in class, esp for those 5 years old and below Children should dress appropriately for the activities scheduled and be prepared to get messy. I, the parent of the enrolled child, understands that my kids will be participating in a possibly messy art and sensory exploration class and receive instructions that involve paint and various art materials. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE The program may use photos or videos of the child’s participation for promotional or educational purposes. If you would like to opt out, please email us. LIABILITY WAIVER By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in art activities may involve inherent risks and agree not to hold the program, instructors or venue liable for injuries, accidents or property damage. AGREEMENT By enrolling a child in the program, the parent/guardian confirms they have read, understood and agree to the Terms & Conditions
