It all started with a conversation with a mission.

Mindful Art: Creating with Gratitude & Compassion

Our art experience gently blends creative expression with Zen-inspired mindfulness.

Through art-making, everyone is invited to slow down, breathe, and create with intention—cultivating gratitude, kindness, and compassion in a joyful, age-appropriate way.

Each session begins with a short, friendly mindfulness moment, followed by open-ended art activities inspired by nature and everyday acts of kindness. Children explore colors, textures, techniques and materials while learning to notice their feelings, appreciate the present moment, and express care for themselves and others.

This program focuses on universal values such as calm awareness, respect, empathy, and joy. No prior art or mindfulness experience is needed—just curiosity and an open heart.

We also proudly collaborate with The Tzu Chi Center for Compassionate Relief honors the history of the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation’s global mission of humanitarianism and its trajectory into the 21st century.

Nestled in the heart of New York City, it is a welcome space for innovation, connection, meditation, and reflection.
